The main differences are that 8 Cove has in-ground pool. Owner's listed price of $695,000 is very attractive considering that 8 Cove sold over 2 years ago for $624,000.
The internet real estate sites of Zillow and Trulia are seemingly low-balling their estimated market value of 6 Cove Road, in the opinion of Owner, probably because they don't have sufficient information upon which to make a more realistic valuation. The reason for this is that the home has never sold before, the public info available is minimum, and Owner has owned this home since it was built in 1979.
